Where is your storefront?

Funny thing... We don't have one! We would love to have a storefront but are growing this business from the ground up. With the price of real estate these days we are dependant on others to sell our fudge for us so we focus on wholesaling, selling online and craft fairs. The largest selection will always be online here but we do offer fudge at many lcoal markets. Check out the "Shop In Person" link in the menu bar for locations that currently carry our products! This list is growing regularly!

Do you have sugar free fudge?

At this time we do not offer sugar free fudge. Unfortunately the hallmark of good fudge is lots and lots of sugar. We have developed a sugar free option but the price point is too high to justify making it. We would need to be in the $30 per pound range and would only be able to carry 2 - 3 flavors at most.

What is the status of my order?

If you placed an order, you should have received an email and perhaps even a text message regarding the order being placed. In that there is a link to view the status.

We allow 2 business days for processing orders and 3 - 5 days for shipping. For most orders, they are shipped via priority mail and are onsite at your door in 1 - 2 days from shipping. In many cases we also ship the same day as the order was placed.

Can you really ship fudge?

Absolutely! We tightly wrap each piece and have never had an issue shipping fudge. Occasionally Mail gets misplaced or lost but we can ship you a replacement. We do avoid shipping on Fridays so the fudge does not sit around in warehouses for long periods of time. We also offer ice packs and insulation for an additional fee.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $25 or more. But if you order less than that, we offer $6 flat rate shipping. For the summer months we also include an Ice and Insulation option for an additional $5.

Before you check out, all of the options will be shown to you and you can choose your shipping method. There's also porch pickup available which makes your shipping cost FREE!

What does (gf) mean?

(gf) means gluten free. Most of our fudge is made without gluten however are made on equipment that also processes gluten containing ingredients.

Are the pieces exactly 4 ounces?

We aim for 4 ounce pieces however there may be some variability in weight due to the density of the product. Each product is slightly different in density due to the water used in the fudge which is different from batch to batch based upon environmental conditions. Additionally, items with nuts, candies or other additives are of a different density than the fudge itself and where this is mixed randomly into the fudge, one piece may have more or less additives resulting in higher or lower weights.

Can you deliver locally?

For Wholesale customers we absolutely delivery locally. We have 75+ locations that we currently deliver to. However, for retail orders we are not set up to deliver locally. We do offer free local pickup on our porch and we can always ship it! It's also available at some local markets so you can shop there as well. We occasionally even run discounts for porch pickup orders so check back often for great fudge deals!

My fudge arrived soft, what can I do?

If fudge arrives soft, it's just soft fudge. You can heat it in a microwave in 10 second increments to put it on ice cream as "hot fudge" or the best thing to do is to place it in a refrigerator. As little as half an hour in the refrigerator and the fudge will firm up. Fudge is highly adaptable to it's container but bringing it to a temperature of 65 - 75 degrees will firm it up nicely.

How long does fudge last?

All of our shipped fudge will have a best by date. Typically this date is 60 - 90 days from the date we make the fudge. We will only ship product that has at least 30 days remaining on the best by date. Fudge will generally last in a freezer for 6 months or longer and as long as you thaw it out slowly it will keep it's flavor and texture. Do not microwave the fudge to warm it up, simply place it on the counter until it thaws out naturally.

I can't find a flavor I want, do you carry it?

We are always hearing of new flavors that customers want. Often we offer those flavors seasonally so check back often, but sometimes it's a new flavor we haven't created yet so please contact us using the contact form in the menu bar and we'll see what we can do to meet your need!
